How it works

  1. Load the PDF and select a page.
  2. Draw a signature, create one from typed text or upload a signature image.
  3. Tap to place it, drag to move it and adjust width or height.
  4. Repeat on other pages and download the result.

Practical example

Create one drawn signature, place it near the signature line on pages 3 and 7, then resize each placement independently.

Formula and explanation

The tool embeds the signature as a transparent visual image. The same prepared signature can be placed multiple times, and every placement has its own page position and dimensions.

A visual signature can be useful for informal approvals and completed forms, but it is not equivalent to a qualified or certified electronic signature. It does not add a cryptographic certificate, verify identity or make claims about legal validity in a particular jurisdiction.

The signature pad, uploaded image, document preview and resulting PDF remain on this device. Use a trusted device and close the tab after handling sensitive documents.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a certified electronic signature?

No. It adds a visual signature only and does not create a certificate-backed digital signature.

Can I add the same signature more than once?

Yes. Keep the prepared signature selected and place it on multiple pages.

Can I resize the signature?

Yes. Select a placement and adjust its width and height before downloading.
