How it works
- Load a PDF and wait for local thumbnails.
- Drag pages or use the arrow controls to establish the new order.
- Rotate individual pages or remove those you do not need.
- Download the rebuilt document.
Practical example
Move the cover to the beginning, rotate a landscape scan by 90 degrees and remove an accidental blank page before creating the new file.
Formula and explanation
Every card represents one source page. Reordering changes only the sequence in the output; it does not alter the source file. Rotation combines your chosen turn with any rotation already stored on that page.
Deleting a thumbnail excludes that page from the new PDF. At least one page must remain. Because the operation copies PDF page objects rather than taking screenshots, text and vector content are retained.
Thumbnails are rendered locally and released from browser memory when you change files or leave. Large documents can take longer to preview, but PDF libraries remain isolated from non-PDF routes.
